1. Eligibility for Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale pricing is available for businesses, retailers, and bulk buyers.
  • A minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 units/pieces is required to qualify for wholesale rates.
  • Resellers must provide valid business details (GST number, business registration, or reseller ID, if applicable).

2. Wholesale Pricing & Discounts

  • Special wholesale discounts apply based on order volume.
  • Bulk discounts are tiered, with higher discounts for larger orders.
  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. Updated pricing will be communicated in advance.

3. Ordering & Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before processing the order. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and online payment gateways.
  • A 50% advance payment may be required for large custom orders, with the balance due before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Wholesale orders have a processing time of 4 business days.
  • Shipping charges depend on order volume and destination.
  • Buyers can arrange their own courier service if preferred.
  • OmSakthi Velvets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery for replacement.
  • Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or order discrepancy.
  • Custom or bulk-made products are non-refundable.

6. Private Label & Customization

  • Private labeling and customized packaging options are available for bulk orders.
  • Customization requests must be confirmed before production.
  • Additional charges may apply for branding, custom sizes, or packaging.

7. Resale & Brand Representation

  • Resellers can sell OmSakthi Velvets products in their stores or online platforms.
  • Products must not be misrepresented or rebranded without prior approval.
  • Unauthorized use of our brand name, logo, or product images is strictly prohibited.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once production or shipping begins, cancellations are not allowed.
