At OMSAKTHI VELVETS, we manufacture and supply jewellery display products and customized velvet display solutions based on customer requirements. As our products may be manufactured according to specific customer specifications, refund eligibility may depend on the nature and stage of the order.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • An order is cancelled before production or customization has started.
  • A payment has been made in excess of the agreed order amount.
  • OMSAKTHI VELVETS is unable to fulfil a confirmed order for reasons attributable to the company.

2. Customized Products

Customized products are manufactured according to the customer’s requested size, colour, design, branding, or other specifications.

Once production or customization has started, such orders may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise agreed by OMSAKTHI VELVETS.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is received damaged or does not match the confirmed order specifications, the customer should contact OMSAKTHI VELVETS as soon as possible with relevant details and supporting photographs where required.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, correction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Products manufactured according to customer-approved specifications
  • Orders where production or customization has already commenced
  • Changes in preference after order confirmation
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finishing caused by materials, manufacturing processes, or screen/display differences

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the applicable order and payment terms.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after confirmation of the refund.
