At OMSAKTHI VELVETS, we manufacture and supply jewellery display products and customized velvet display solutions based on customer requirements. As many of our products may be specially manufactured according to customer specifications, returns are subject to the conditions mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Return

A product may be considered for return if:

  • The product is received damaged.
  • The product supplied is different from the confirmed order specifications.
  • There is a manufacturing defect that affects the usability of the product.

The return request must be communicated to OMSAKTHI VELVETS as soon as possible after receiving the product.

2. Customized Products

Customized products made according to the customer’s approved size, design, colour, branding, material, or other specifications are generally not eligible for return due to a change in preference or personal requirements.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, the product should be kept in its original condition and packaging, wherever applicable.

Products that have been damaged, altered, used improperly, or modified after delivery may not qualify for return.

4. Return Review

All return requests will be reviewed by OMSAKTHI VELVETS based on the nature of the issue, order specifications, and product condition.

After review, an appropriate resolution may be provided, which may include replacement, correction, or refund, as applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Products may not be accepted for return in cases such as:

  • Change of mind or preference after delivery
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer during order confirmation
  • Customer-requested changes after production
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finishing resulting from materials or manufacturing processes
  • Products that have been customized and approved by the customer

To request a return, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs or other supporting information may be requested to assess the product.
